Northforge AI Studio is a software engineering studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, founded by Arslan Yousaf. For any question about this policy or your data, message us through our Upwork profile.

What we collect

This website. The site has no contact form and asks for no personal details. Project enquiries, messages and contracts are handled on Upwork, under Upwork’s own privacy policy.

Analytics. If analytics is enabled, standard aggregate usage data: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring site. This is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

This website collects no personal data. Aggregate analytics, if enabled, is used only to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

For analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Enquiries and contracts are handled by Upwork under its own policy.

Who processes it

Project communication runs through Upwork. If analytics is enabled it is provided by Google, which processes the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

The site stores no personal data. Project records arising from Upwork contracts are kept for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years afterwards where required for tax and legal records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Message us through Upwork and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to measure aggregate usage; you can block these in your browser without affecting the site.
