Who we are

Northforge AI Studio is the engineering practice of Arslan Yousaf, based in Lahore, Pakistan. For any question about this policy or your data, contact arslan@northforgeaistudio.com.

What we collect

Contact form. First name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, what you need, and your description of the project. You choose what to put in that last field — please do not include confidential material before we have an NDA in place.

Newsletter. Your email address only, and only if you submit it.

Analytics. If analytics is enabled, standard aggregate usage data: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring site. This is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and — if you opted in — to send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

For enquiries: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For marketing email: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by our form provider and delivered to our email. Those providers process the data on our instructions only. If analytics is enabled it is provided by Google.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Project correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years afterwards where required for tax and legal records. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email arslan@northforgeaistudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to measure aggregate usage; you can block these in your browser without affecting the site.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
