Make the Big Technical Calls With Confidence.

Senior engineering advice for founders and product teams: architecture reviews, code and security audits, AI feasibility and technical roadmaps — before you commit budget to a build.

What We Do

Clear Answers Before You Build

Architecture Review

An independent review of your stack, data model, auth and infrastructure before it has to carry real users.

Code & Security Audit

A line-level read of an existing mobile or SaaS codebase: security gaps, performance hot spots and the debt worth paying down first.

AI Feasibility Study

We test whether a model can do the job on your data, at a cost per user you can live with, before you commit a quarter to it.

MVP Scoping

Turn an idea into a written scope: what ships on day one, what can wait, and a realistic timeline and budget range.

Technical Roadmap

A phased plan from MVP to scale, with the architecture decisions, hiring needs and risks for each stage written down.

Team & Vendor Review

A second opinion on an existing team or agency: delivery process, code quality and whether the plan matches the budget.

How the work runs

Advice You Can Act On

Each consultation ends with a written plan your team can execute, whether or not we build it.

Senior reviewers

Every consultation is led by a senior engineer who has shipped production mobile, SaaS and AI products.

Written, not verbal

You get a report with findings, risks and a prioritised plan, not just a call you have to remember.

Vendor-neutral

The plan works with your team or any team. Nothing in it assumes we are the ones who build it.

Fixed scope

A clear deliverable, timeline and price agreed on Upwork before the work starts.

Need Answers

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

Founders who want an independent view before they hire a build team, and product teams who need a senior second opinion on architecture, an existing codebase or an AI plan.

A written report: what we found, what it risks, and a prioritised plan with effort estimates. You can act on it with your own team or with ours.

Most reviews and audits take one to two weeks. A technical roadmap for a new product usually takes two to three weeks, including working sessions with your team.

For a code or security audit, yes: read-only access to the repository and, where relevant, the cloud console. Architecture and AI feasibility work can start from documents and calls.

It can, but it does not have to. The report is yours either way, and nothing in it assumes we are the team that delivers it.
